Many people ask me why, having a sales career already, I decided to move into recruitment? Well, to be honest, I have always had a keen interest in recruitment, and had tried to get into it before I started on my journey to becoming a sales professional, but the timing was never right & I didn’t get the opportunity.

Having spent the last 3 months researching and writing my book about soft (people) skills, drawing on the behavioural science, social science, decision science and psychology the predicted cross roads for procurement is much closer than I thought! The advent of the 4th Industrial revolution is palpable and the work environment is already beginning to change.
